• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the cancellation policy given below. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable

Cancellation Rules

• Any amendments or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a fee of 10% of the total package value for the booked period.
• For amendments or cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days prior to the check-in date, a fee of 50% of the total package value for the booked period will apply.
• Any amendments or cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total package value for the booked period.
• Please note that cancellations or amendments are not permitted for reservations made with stay falling (partially or completely) between December 15th to January 15th (both dates included).

Refund Policy

• In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.
• For credit card transactions, refunds will be processed exclusively to the bank account of the respective cardholder, after deducting bank service charges.
